 Owner/Head trainer

Meghan has been professionally training dogs for 6 years. She is a true professional and specializes in advanced obedience and behavioral modification with fearful and aggressive dogs. She has a true understanding canine body language and ability to help connect the owners to their dogs. As a vet tech for 9 years, she has a clear understanding how medical issues which can play a role into canine behavior. Meghan is very active in the rescue community and actively fosters as well as trains some of the more “difficult dogs” so they can be successfully placed into forever homes. Meghan puts a true passion for her profession and it shows. She is a proud volunteer of Bobbies Pit Bull Rescue based out of Northern Virginia and works closely with other rescue to provide education, support and training for their volunteers/fosters.

In Meghan’s personal life, she is a proud wife, mother of two young (sometimes “feral”) boys, an avid equestrian and finds peace in exploring the great outdoors with her own rescued pack Goose, Suki and Kallea .

Board & Train (oN LEASH) PROGRAM

$3000/3 weeks

• This program is designed for balanced dogs in need of on-leash obedience or dogs with mild behavioral issues such as fear and anxiety.

Your dog stays with us at our home for 3 weeks. They become a part of the family day to day. This allows us to train through real life scenarios that happen in day to day home life. After we make an initial assessment, we will develop a tailored training program that fits your lifestyle and the lifestyle your dog.

Your dog is trained on leash, in all types of practical situations, inside and outside so long as this lines up with your goals and lifestyle. The dog is worked around people, other dogs and in many different environments. We will have several one-on-one training sessions during and following the program; these guided training sessions give you an opportunity to establish the relationship with your dog as well as learn how to maintain to ensure long term success. We teach you the same methods we use in training your dog. Working with you in lessons ensures that the new, positive behavior, will transfer to you. this program comes with lifetime support of you and your dog.

Your dog is trained in all types of practical situations, inside and outside so long as this lines up with your goals and lifestyle. The dog is worked around people, other dogs and in many different environments. We will have one-on-one training sessions during and following the program; these guided training sessions give you an opportunity to establish the relationship with your dog as well as learn how maintain the healthy habits your dog has learned during training. We teach you the same methods we use in training your dog. Working with you in lessons ensures that the new, positive behavior, will transfer to you. this program comes with lifetime support of you and your dog.

Individual Lessons - $120

One-on-one 60 minute sessions. Rotating between 3 locations to better help you and your dog achieve the life that you always dreamed of.

Boarding $65 / day
